If you’re in the mood for some comforting Italian food, Pizza Express Paphos is worth checking out.
This British chain restaurant is located by the promenade and has a cozy patio that looks out over the sea.
And no, they don’t serve only pizzas. In fact, there’s likely something on the menu for everyone.
However, you might need a little patience with the service.
The Menu
The menu is packed with options—from starters to pizzas, pastas, salads, and really interesting desserts.
There’s also a separate menu for kids, as well as plenty of vegan choices, and they make it super easy to see which dishes have allergens.

On our first visit, we decided to keep it simple with a Margherita pizza and Kalamata olives.
The pizza was smaller and thinner than expected, however, we got a 1+1 deal, so we didn’t let that bother us too much.
The dough had a nice, crisp texture and the pizza sauce was wonderful, but there was more cheese than we usually prefer.
Overall, we’d give it an 8 out of 10.
Our second visit was a bit more mixed. We ordered Pomodoro pasta, which took a surprisingly long time to arrive, even though the place wasn’t busy.
The pasta itself was okay, but again, waiting for a simple bottle of Tabasco was frustrating.
Next time, we’re definitely going to start with the hot honey dough balls and garlic bread—they looked too good to pass up!
The Prices
Pizza Express isn’t your run-of-the-mill budget pizzeria.
A Classic Margherita pizza costs around 10 euros (whether it’s regular, vegan, or gluten-free) and special pizzas can even go up to 17 euros.
They’ve also introduced larger pizzas recently, starting at around 14.5 euros each.
The Kids Margherita, on the other hand, is only 6 euros, whereas the Pomodoro pasta was just over 10 euros.
Adding a starter or dessert will cost you an additional 4 to 8 euros or so.
That said, be sure to keep an eye out for their offers.

How to Get to Pizza Express Paphos
Bus
To get to Pizza Express using public transportation, take any bus route heading to Paphos Harbour Main Bus Station.
This includes routes like 610 from the Old Town Market and 611 from Tombs of the Kings and Yeroskipou.
From Universal, you’ll need to catch bus route 603 to Tombs of the Kings and then switch to route 611.
Taxi
A small taxi from Paphos to Pizza Express typically costs 10-12 euros, while a cab from Yeroskipou or Chloraka is usually 12-15 euros.
Car
In case you have a car, you can park for free in the lot near the marina and walk approximately 8 minutes to Pizza Express.
