If you’re looking for a place with good food, affordable drinks, and friendly service, Elysia Breeze is a perfect spot.
In fact, we’ve been coming here regularly since we moved to Paphos!
Located in Universal, just outside Elysia Park Hotel, this lounge bar and restaurant offers everything from breakfast to lunch and dinner.
They also have indoor and outdoor seating and occasionally host live music nights and private events.
That said, service can be a bit slow sometimes, and if you’re not a fan of cats, keep in mind that some strays like to hang around.
The Menu
The menu at Elysia Breeze changes throughout the day.
In the morning, you can enjoy a continental buffet or, if you prefer, choose something from the brunch section.
By evening, the options really open up.
There are salads, pizzas, pasta, sandwiches, burgers, and even a kids’ menu and a few soups and desserts.
If you’re like us and can’t decide what to get, here are a few of our go-to dishes:
- Quinoa Salad: It’s fresh, filling, and big enough to share—especially if you add crispy chicken goujons.
- Crispy Chicken Wrap: Another great choice. Honestly, it’s more than enough for two if you’re not too hungry.
- Mexican Burger: If you like burgers with a bit of spice, this one’s for you. Here, too, the portion is quite generous.
- Chicken Goujons & Chips: Simple, classic, and perfect for the kids.

We also tried the rib-eye steak sandwich and the jacket potato, both of which were pretty nice.
On the side, we usually grab pitta bread and hummus.
However, we can’t recommend the Margherita pizza and smoked salmon sandwich.
We also weren’t impressed with their desserts, so maybe save your sweet tooth for another time.
For drinks, you can’t go wrong with KEO beer. If you’re in the mood for cocktails, definitely try their frozen daiquiris and Forest Garden cocktail.
They also have surprisingly tasty coffee, especially the latte.
The Prices
Elysia Breeze isn’t super cheap, but it won’t break the bank either.
Breakfasts are reasonably priced, with the buffet at 10 euros per person and the brunch menu ranging from 8.5 to 11.5 euros.
Personally, we usually end up paying between 80-100 euros for dinner for five people, including drinks and a tip.
The quinoa salad and crispy chicken wrap are about 12-13 euros (and worth every penny), while the Mexican burger is just under 17 euros.
Kids’ meals, on the other hand, are only 8 euros.
As for drinks, KEO beer is 3.5 euros for a pint, whereas cocktails are around 8-9 euros, which isn’t bad for a night out.
For a cup of latte, you’ll pay nearly 4 euros.
