We had our first visit to Gustoso Restaurant shortly after moving to Paphos.
This casual, family-friendly place is easy to find on Tombs of the Kings Avenue, right by the main road.
It has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, and while the service is generally okay, it can sometimes be a bit slow, even when they’re not very busy.
Since we had our small dog with us, we sat on the terrace, which turned out to be a great spot.
The Menu
Gustoso Restaurant has a menu packed with items—from chicken, salads, and burgers to steaks, fish, and pasta.
There’s also a kids’ menu, a wide selection of desserts, and a few vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free choices.
For drinks, you’ve got wines, beers, cocktails, and (our personal favorite) fresh juice.
We ordered the chicken kebab, grilled baby chicken, and a village salad, with some pittas and hummus on the side.
They also threw in some free garlic bread, which was a nice surprise!

Portion sizes were generous, and the presentation was quite impressive. However, the food itself wasn’t amazing, but not bad either.
If you’re thinking of trying the moussaka, keep in mind that the reviews are pretty mixed.
The garlic bread, on the other hand, was a real treat!
To drink, we went with beers and fresh orange juice. Unfortunately, we didn’t have any room left for dessert.
The Prices
Gustoso Restaurant offers good value for money.
Chicken dishes cost 12-15 euros, while salads range from 10-11 euros and burgers are around 14-16 euros (steaks are priced higher at 27 euros).
For pasta lovers, lasagna and ravioli are between 10-15 euros, whereas seafood like fish and chips start at 13 euros and go up to 18 euros for salmon and rice.
They also have pricier fish platters if you’re feeling fancy.
Lastly, desserts are 5.5 euros each (except for the cheese platter) and drinks are reasonably priced as well.
